What Happens If I Have A Damage Item?

If your sign arrives damaged, contact us info@nuecraftdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your sign and include photos of the damage. Once verified, we'll send you a free replacement right away.

How Long Is Shipping?

What If My Oder Gets Lost During Shipping?

We package every sign with care, and once it ships, it's in the hands of the carrier. Most orders arrive safely, but if your package is lost or delayed, the carrier is responsible. We'll always provide your tracking number so you can follow your order, and we're happy to guide you through the claim process if needed.

Can I Make Changes To My Oder After It's Placed?

Once your order is submitted, our laser cutting machines begin processing your sign. Because of this, we're unable to make major changes after checkout. Please double-check all personalization fields on the order page before completing your purchase to ensure your sign comes out perfect.
