For the best results, upload a clear, head-on photo of your dog taken in natural lighting. Make sure the ears, head, neck and chest are fully visible. Avoid overhead angles, blurry images, or heavy filters.

Phone photos are perfectly fine. If we need a better image, we'll reach out before starting your artwork.

Simply upload your favorite photo of your dog, add text, select your preferred size and frame color, and complete checkout. Our team will take care of the rest - from illustration to final printing and shipping.

If you need to update your photo, text, or other details, please contact us info@nuecraftdesign.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once our artists begin illustrating your portrait, we may not be able to make further changes - but we'll always do our best to accommodate small edits before the artwork is finalized.

Once your order is placed, our artists typically take 5-7 business days to complete your portrait. After that, printing and shipping take another 2-7 business days, depending on your location.
